TRACKING MY ORDER: If you would like to find out about the status of your order(once an order is shipped, EMS/UPS/Fedex/DHL will automatically send you an email to the email address you provided when you use the checkout system on the website, please check your email first for a tracking number). If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days after you submitted your order(don't include Saturday and Sunday), please send your email to tnrequinpascher@gmail.com

CANCELING MY ORDER:If you would like to cancel your order or change your order (orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, therefore if you wish to cancel your order, you will need to send us an email to tnrequinpascher@gmail.com once an order is shipped out, we will not be able to cancel or change your order, you may return the shoes for a refund minus shipping fee.
